That being said, levels do get much harder to get later on, but the benefits don't go away.
This effectively removes the level cap of 81 that Skyrim had at launch and allows players to learn every ability in the game. Once "Legendary Skills" were added to the game, any skill that reached 100 could be reset to 15, while the player keeps all the levels and perk points that had been collected.
